It’s great to see so much new building work in our Sunshine Coast suburbs. It would be fair to say there is a continued sense of consumer confidence out there in the housing market bringing a Sunshine Coast building boom. Harmony Palmview is in full swing as is Aura in Caloundra west, birtinya ,sunshine cove estate in maroochydore sunshine coast and Peregian Breeze on the northern end of the sunshine coast is progessing, all are kicking along nicely and will become very busy areas for the Sunshine Coast with security doors and security windows.
